End of April 2026, the PGA TOUR will be back at Doral. This new event on the 2026 PGA TOUR schedule, will be held from April 29 - May 3, 2026. It will be a Signature event with top players competing for a $20m purse.

Volunteers are needed for tournament week (4/27 - 5/3/2026) with some committees (e.g. Player/VIP Transportation & Courtesy Cars) needing help a couple of days prior and a day after the tournament.

The location, as in previous years, when the PGA TOUR played at Doral, is Trump National at Doral, Miami, FL, featuring the iconic Blue Monster course.

Cognizant Classic in The Palm Beaches Volunteer Opportunities Still Available

There are still some volunteer committees with open slots for the 2026 Cognizant Classic In The Palm Beaches.

Tournament week is from Feb 23 - Mar 1, 2026, but some committees (e.g. Player Transportation/Courtesy Cars) have availability for volunteers prior and after (2/19 - 2/22 and 3/2). Event location is PGA National Resort in Palm Beach Gardens, FL.

If you are interested in helping with Player Transportation (including moving Cadillac vehicles to the course, the airport and back to the dealership) feel free to reach out to me directly.

2026 Cognizant Classic| Volunteer Application

The Standard Volunteer Package is $100.00 and includes:

• Golf shirt
• Hat
• Credential for tournament entry
• Logoed lanyard
• Volunteer gift (30oz Stanley tumbler)
• Discount code to purchase tickets and
• Two (2) golf coupons for use at PGA National Resort (must work 18 or more hours).

• If volunteer works 18+ hours they will receive 2 golf vouchers to PGA National.
• If volunteer works 30+ hours they will receive 4 golf vouchers to PGA National.

 

The Student Volunteer Package is $65.00 and includes:

• Tournament t-shirt
• Hat
• Credential for tournament entry
• Logoed lanyard
• Volunteer gift (30oz Stanley tumbler) and
• Discount code to purchase tickets.

Students are asked to complete two volunteer shifts.
Students ages 10-21 can apply for Admissions, Standard Bearer, Uniform Distribution, and Volunteer Headquarters.
Students ages 18-21 can also apply for Child Care.
*If the child is between the ages of 10-13, they must have a parent sign up with them in order to volunteer.

2026 Bahamas Golf Classic Volunteer Information

Dates: January 7th-14th at Ocean Club Atlantis Paradise Island
 Tournament Dates: January 11th-14th

 No cost to apply.
 Must volunteer at least 2 shifts during tournament week..
Volunteers receive a shirt and a hat and 2 meals per day.

*This will be our first year transitioning from walking scorers using clipboards and radios
to Shotlink technology. Our program has improved tremendously over the years utilizing local Bahamians to score for the golfers, but we need more volunteers who know the game of golf for this new challenge!

 **Walking scorers MUST complete the PGATOUR Shotlink online training (sent to your email). Walking Scoring in-person training (mandatory) will be held at the Ocean Club,
Friday, January 9th, 4:15-5:15PM.


 Spots are still available to play in our pro-am!
 January 8th and 10th at the Ocean Club 

Discounted rooms are available at Atlantis Paradise Island, January 9th-14th.
