ADMISSIONS/ WILL CALL
Description
Welcome spectators through the tournament’s entrance gates. Scan tickets and assist with spectator entry onto the course. Respond to miscellaneous spectator inquiries.
Considerations
- Customer service-oriented position.
- May require standing for long periods of time.

CADDIE SERVICES
Description
Oversee Caddie Hospitality by assisting with registration, distributing towels, and preparing and issuing caddie bibs. Ensure bibs are returned daily.

Monday, March 25 – Sunday, March 31
CORPORATE HOSPITALITY
Description
Welcome spectators to corporate hospitality venues. Scan access passes and provide applicable wristbands. Answer miscellaneous spectator questions primarily related to directions and facilities.

- May require standing for long periods of time.

GOLF CARTS
Description
Allocate and manage golf carts for PGA TOUR Champions Staff and Volunteer Leadership. Maintain a sign in/sign out sheet for the week and place cart signage on individual carts. Ensure cart keys are returned and carts are charged and cleaned daily.

- Customer service-oriented position.
- Must be age 18 or older with a valid US issued driver’s license to operate a golf cart.

Saturday, March 23 – Sunday, March 31
HONORARY OBSERVERS
Description
Assist spectators participating in the Honorary Observers Program which allows them to walk inside the ropes with golf professionals during the tournament. Meet participants prior to their assigned tee time, coordinate credential distribution, review program guidelines and restrictions and guide them to the tee box. Coordinate photo signing and distribution process when participants reach the end of 18-holes.

Friday, March 29 – Sunday, March 31
MARSHALS
Description
Provide gallery and noise control on course, assist in player movement, help locate errant golf shots and provide spectators with general information as needed. Marshals are also responsible for assisting with the movement of players on and off the course due to weather delays or whenever deemed necessary. Will also include Distance Measuring where you record the yardage of the processional’s ball using a scoring device provided by the PGA TOUR.

VOLUNTEER SHUTTLES
Description
Provide cart transportation for volunteers around the golf course.

- Must be age 18 or older with a valid U.S. issued driver’s license to operate a golf cart transporting passengers.

Wednesday, March 27 – Sunday, March 31
STANDARD BEARERS (ALSO OPEN TO YOUTH, AGES 13-18)
Description
Accompany each professional grouping during play and display their scores on a standard sign.
Considerations
- Must be able to carry a standard sign (approx. 5-7 lbs.).
- Must be able to walk 18 holes without a break.
Days of Operation
Friday, March 29 – Sunday, March 31
SUPPLY DISTRIBUTION
Description
Distribute beverages and snacks to locations on the golf course, starter tents, scoring, practice range, media center, volunteer village, and other designated areas.
Considerations
- Must be age 18 or older with a valid U.S. issued driver’s license to operate a golf cart transporting supplies.
- Must have ability to lift up to 20 lbs.

Start on Tuesday, March 26
TOURNAMENT HOSTS
Description
Serve as the on-site welcoming committee for spectators. Greet spectators at various locations and assist them with navigating the course and reaching their desired location. Answer miscellaneous questions.

Days of Operation
Wednesday, March 27 – Sunday, March 31
TV CHANNEL SPOTTERS
Description
Relay tournament play information, such as what each player lies and what player is hitting next, to PGATE staff.
Considerations
- This committee requires golf knowledge and ability to walk the course (keeping pace with assigned group).
- Volunteers must be able to work entire day (approx. 6 hours).

VOLUNTEER VILLAGE
Description
Manage tent where volunteers check in for their respective committees as well as come for snacks & beverages in between their shifts. Maintain a clean and supportive meeting place for the volunteers.

Days of Operation
Monday, March 25 – Sunday, March 31
WALKING SCORERS
Description
Record the scores and statistics of play on handheld PDA devices during the Pro-Am and all competition rounds. Must be able to walk 18 holes without a break. Volunteers will receive training on how to use the PDA device.

- Training on PDA device is required.
- Must be able to walk 18 holes without a break.
