PGA Championship 2025 Volunteer Registration Open Now

Tournament week for the 2025 PGA Championship is from May 12 - 18, 2025. Event location is the famous Quail Hollow Club in Charlotte, NC.

Please Note: Positions are extremely limited and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. There is a strong chance volunteer positions will fill up, so we encourage you to register quickly!

ADULT VOLUNTEER UNIFORM PACKAGE
Adult Volunteers (ages 22 and older as of May 12th, 2025) are required to volunteer for at least four (4) shifts (totaling approximately 20-25 hours) and act as a PGA Ambassador, offering assistance to guests during any unscheduled time. Volunteers pay a $270.00 (plus applicable tax & fees) Volunteer Uniform Package fee. In exchange for this fee, volunteers receive:

• Volunteer Uniform (Two (2) uniform shirts, one (1) jacket, and one (1) baseball hat) 
• Inclusive food & non-alcoholic beverage offerings while on shift
• Official PGA Volunteer Drawstring Bag

STUDENT VOLUNTEER PACKAGE
Student Volunteers (ages 16-21 as of May 12th, 2025) are required to volunteer for at least three (3) shifts (totaling approximately 12-16 hours) and act as a PGA ambassador, offering assistance to guests during any unscheduled time. There is no fee for the Student Volunteer Package. Each Student Volunteer receives:

• Volunteer Uniform (One (1) uniform shirt and one (1) baseball hat)
• Inclusive food & non-alcoholic beverage offerings while on shift
• Official PGA Volunteer Drawstring Bag

Tournament week for this year's event is November 4 - 10.

SAS Championship Volunteer Registration Is Open Now

Join over 700 volunteers who help make the SAS Championship one of the best events on the PGA Tour Champions. Work with family & friends, make new friends and watch some of golf's legendary names compete right here in the Triangle. 

Volunteer registration will open on Monday, April 15 and those who register early will receive great benefits. Not only do those who register before July 8 get $15 off their registration fee, they are also entered to win a pin flag signed by 2023 SAS Champion Rod Pampling.

Mark your calendars for April 15th. Not just because it's 'tax day', but also because the SAS Championship Volunteer Registration opens for this year's (2024) tournament.

Tournament week is from October 7 - 13, 2024.

For 23 years Championship week - full of golf and community events - has provided countless memories for fans and attendees young and old. Golfing legends have walked the fairways of Prestonwood Country Club each year, battling for one of the largest purses on the PGA Tour Champions.

This fall, the SAS Championship will near $6 million dollars in charitable giving to support area youth educational initiatives with the YMCA of the Triangle being the host charitable organization.

Volunteer at the 2024 Mizuho Americas Open, an LPGA event at the well known and incredible Liberty National Golf Club.   This iconic course just has an amazing backdrop. Just imagine seeing it all day long, when volunteering at this outstanding LPGA event. The 2024 tournament will be held from 5/13/24 - 5/19/24.

Volunteer Registration for the 2024 event is still open, so don't miss out before slots fill up. You don't need to have any golf experience and there is even special offer for students 16 years old and younger, if they sign up for the Standard Bearer program.
