The Sentry Tournament 2026 will NOT be contested in Maui

Fresh off the press as of today, Sep 16, 2026, afternoon ET, we heard, that the 2026 The Sentry Tournament will not be played in Maui.

Here is the official announcement from the PGA TOUR:

PGA TOUR announces The Sentry will not be contested at Kapalua in 2026

In a call with the tournament, we learned, that a new location has not been announced yet. As soon as we hear where the tournament will be held, we'll publish it here, including a link on how to volunteer at the new location.

The goal is, to play the tournament. After all, it's a Signature event (1 of 9 in the 2026 season).

Stay tuned for volunteer related updates as we go into the next couple of months.

Tournament week is 2/16 - 2/22/2026. It will be the 100th playing of the event and it's going to be back at iconic Riviera Country Club.

The Sentry Volunteer Registration Is Open Now

The 2026 The Sentry will be held at The Plantation Course at Kapalua from January 8 - 11.

To reserve your place as a The Sentry volunteer, please note the following:

Committee Assignments: You may choose three committee preferences, but you will only be placed in one committee. We cannot guarantee assignments, but we will make every effort to accommodate your preference. Please be sure to read the Committee Descriptions to ensure that you understand the time commitment for certain committees.

Apparel: The required volunteer package consists of two golf shirts (Levelwear brand) and one baseball cap OR visor. Uniform distribution dates will be announced at a later date.

Requirements: Volunteers must be 18 years of age to participate and are required to work a minimum of 3 shifts. Please note if you select 'All Day' as a shift preference, you may be scheduled to work both an AM and PM shifts. Shift lengths vary between committees and may be between the hours of approximately 6:00am-4:00pm. Some committees will have a mandatory training session prior to tournament week. Please note, SHOTLink Mobile Spotters are required to work all four tournament days.

Volunteer Badge: Your volunteer badge will admit you to the The Sentry, Thursday through Sunday. Your volunteer uniform should ONLY be worn on the days you are working.

Meals: Every volunteer will receive one meal per working day which can be redeemed at volunteer headquarters. There will be complimentary breakfast items in the morning.

The 3M Open tournament week will be from July 21, 2025 to July 27, 2025. The tournament is being held at TPC Twin Cities in Blaine, MN.

Rory McIlroy achieved a historic victory at the 2025 Masters, completing his career Grand Slam and becoming only the sixth golfer in history to do so. Volunteer at the 2025 Mizuho Americas Open, an LPGA event at the well-known and incredible Liberty National Golf Club. This iconic course just has an amazing backdrop. Just imagine seeing it all day long, when volunteering at this outstanding LPGA event.
The 2025 tournament will be held from 5/5/25 - 5/11/25.

Volunteer Registration for the 2025 event is still open, so don't miss out before slots fill up. You don't need to have any golf experience and there is even special offer for students 16 years old and younger, if they sign up for the Standard Bearer program. For those 'junior' volunteers, the registration feel will be waived.

James Hardie™ Pro Football Hall of Fame Invitational VIP / Player Transportation

Drive Pro Football Hall of Famers for the inaugural James Hardie™ Pro Football Hall of Fame Invitational in Boca Raton.

The PGA TOUR Champions and Pro Football Hall of Fame have partnered to present this new event on the Old Course at Broken Sound in Boca Raton, FL in early April - the James Hardie Pro Football Hall of Fame Invitational. 78 PGA TOUR Champions players will be paired with 26 Pro Football Hall of Fame players for Friday and Saturday. The 78 PGA TOUR Champions players will conclude the tournament on Sunday.

Tournament week is from March 31 – April 6, 2025, but as you know, for us in Transportation and especially Courtesy Car distribution and collection, extra help is always needed on 'arrival' weekend as well as on 'departure' weekend into the Monday post tournament, therefore our needs for volunteers are 3/29 - 4/7/2025.

Volunteer at least 3 shifts, and get a chance to play on Volunteer Play Day (9 or 18 holes). Volunteers will get the opportunity to play the Old Course at Broken Sound on a specific day post tournament.
