There are still a few opportunities to volunteer for the 2025 AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am. Tournament week is from January 27 - February 2, 2025.   This tournament is the 1st PGA TOUR Signature Event on the mainland in the 2025 season.

Here are a few volunteer committees, that still have a some spots open:

  • Evacuation (EVAC):

Watch and enjoy the tournament when the players are on the course, and if the weather turns, you will drive a tournament vehicle to transport players, their families, and caddies off the courses during an evacuation. Assist in transporting back to the courses afterward. This committee requires volunteers to be on standby all day. Volunteers may be asked to work on Monday if the tournament is not finished on Sunday.

    • Requirements: Must have a valid driver’s license, complete a Motor Vehicle Record Information Authorization form, and have a clean driving record.
    • Days of Operation: Must volunteer a minimum of 3 all-day shifts. Shifts are Tuesday – Sunday.

  • Gallery Management Ambassadors (GMA):

GMAs are given a unique inside and outside the ropes experience. Volunteers are responsible for managing gallery noise & traffic; ensuring the safety of our guests by reinforcing health & safety policies; leading by example; and providing a world-class guest experience. Volunteers are also responsible for locating balls that go outside the ropes in areas where there are no Spotters, as well as rope and stake control when the ball is near a rope or stake that interferes with the professional’s swing. Gallery Management Ambassadors are assigned to the teeing area, fairway and green of a specific hole (1-18), or to high traffic areas such as practice locations, crosswalks, and hospitality areas. Volunteers will be outside in direct sunlight and the elements.

    • Requirements: Must be able to stand for extended periods.
    • Days of Operation: Must volunteer a minimum of 3 all-day shifts from Thursday – Sunday, which must include Thursday and Friday.

  • ShotLink Mobile Spotters:

This committee is essential to ShotLink being able to collect and distribute real time scoring and statistical data. ShotLink will now feature a PGA TOUR On-Course Scoring Tech on Par 4’s, Par 5’s and some Par 3’s when necessary. Under the leadership of the Scoring Tech, the ShotLink Mobile Spotters will help locate and flag shots that miss the fairway/green, assist with ball flight from the tee, and relay pertinent information to the Scoring Tech such as penalty situations, obstructed shots, and detailed from locations. This new role will help deliver real-time distance data and statistics to be immediately computed and distributed to Scoreboards, TV, Internet, Gaming, and Mobile Applications.  Volunteers should have a basic knowledge of the game of golf and a commitment to timeliness, accuracy, and attention to detail. Effective teamwork and communication are essential in this role. All Mobile Spotters should be physically able to walk around their assigned hole for the duration of their shift in potentially varied weather conditions. Quickly locating shots not in view for the Scoring Tech or Camera System is a key function of this role as it is vital to be able to gain accurate insight into the location of each shot. Volunteers will be outside in direct sunlight and the elements.

    • Requirements: Must complete a ShotLink Disclosure form and an online training course, attend a virtual or in-person training session prior to tournament week, attend a mandatory in-person training session on Wednesday of tournament week.
    • Days of Operation: Must volunteer for all-day shifts for FOUR days on Thursday – Sunday.

More descriptions for other opportunities can be found on the tournament's Volunteer Positions page.
